Staying Healthy Against The Odds
Today, we live in a world where it’s easy for young women to maintain unhealthy living habits. When you’re constantly on the go, good health seems to fall second to other things that must be done. Things shouldn’t be that way. There are simple ways to exercise, eat right and maintain good health while starting a busy day for an ambitious young lady.
Consider ways to ease exercise into your schedule. Wake up and simply STRETCH, or try taking it to another level by doing yoga or ballet exercises. Instead of driving or taking public transportation you should WALK or JOG.
