A.J. Linton: Hey lady, how are you?
Yoshimi Kiosha: Hey girl, I am good and you?

A.J. Linton:
I am great. Lets get to it. So, how old are you?
Yoshimi Kiosha: I am 19 years old.

A.J. Linton: Beautiful, young and talented. Where are you from? In addition, what city do you currently reside in?
Yoshimi Kiosha: I am from Chicago, but I currently reside in South Holland, Illinois.

A.J. Linton: Lets talk about your business YK Mgmt and the evolution of it.
Yoshimi Kiosha: YK Mgmt started because I had an idea of owning my own business since the age of 12. I knew that I wanted to be the founder and CEO of my own company.

A.J. Linton: Wow, that’s amazing! What was your reasoning for naming your company YK Mgmt?
Yoshimi Kiosha: Well, I wanted to keep it tied to my initials. Why not name it after me?

A.J. Linton: I know that’s right. Where do you plan to go with your company? What are your visions for success?
Yoshimi Kiosha: I have so many visions for my company, I plan to be international, starting off in Chicago, since that’s our home location and branch off. I plan to have various aspects of YK Mgmt such as YK Productions, YK Promotions, and the YK Foundation. We already have models all over the United States in Illinois, Florida, Georgia, and New York.

A.J. Linton: Wow, such big dreams and aspirations! That’s great! Can you talk a little more about the YK Foundation?
Yoshimi Kiosha: Well, I can’t say too much about it, but it’s an acronym that stands for YOUTH KNOWLEDGE. Its main focus is centered on kids that have dealt with domestic violence, those without education, or are homeless.

A.J. Linton: Amazing! Can you talk a little about who works on your team?
Yoshimi Kiosha: Ok, there are so many people that work on my team, but two ladies that I have to acknowledge are Artice Hines, my assistant and LaLa from the PYO Promotions team. I thank everyone that assists YK Mgmt. They are truly the best.

A.J. Linton: How did you get into Entrepreneurship?
Yoshimi Kiosha: At the age of 13, my grandparents owned their own business and at that time, they had me in the office learning the concepts of corporate business. I also worked as an IT Technical recruiter, learning more about corporate America. Corporate + Industry = perfect understanding of what business actually is!

A.J. Linton: Very well said! Lastly, what can you tell the G4G Network about modeling or business management?
Yoshimi Kiosha: If you young ladies really want to do it, you should be doing something everyday towards what you want to do. You should definitely study that area, along with listening and focusing. Having a backbone and thick skin is key. Never be afraid to speak and ask questions!

A.J. Linton:
This was great! Thank you very much.
Yoshimi Kiosha: No, thank you.
